Before recently buying an iPod and using iTunes, I ripped my CDs into mp3 files. Most were ripped in RealJukebox Plus as mp3 at 320 kps. When I add the folders/files of mp3s into iTunes, about half of them are listed correctly, but the other half the song title shows (and I can play the song), but the album, artist and all other information is not displayed in iTunes. The album, artist information is there on the file -- I can see it in Windows Explorer and over the years, I've used MusicMatch and Windows Media Player to play the mp3s and they do not have any problems with album/artist. Why can't iTunes see this information? I really don't want to have to re-rip all my CDs. I appreciate any help.

I think you would need to convert the version of ID3 tag. Try under advanced and convert to the version 2 tags.
