Help with Itunes 9.01.8

Hi, hope I can get some help. I did a quick search to see if this has been a problem that has ben dealt with before, I have seen some posts regarding the movie tab, but nothing specific to my issue. I have a 80GB. 5th Gen Ipod, about a month ago I upgraded to the latest version of Itunes(9.01.8), I never had this problem with the older versions of Itunes. The problem is, when I sync my Ipod, and I click on the movie tab nothing happens, I eventually get the dialogue box telling ""program is not responding"", I then have to log off, Itunes won't let me get any new movies or my movie playlists onto my Ipod that I want to add. I don't have any issues with the music or photo tabs I can get my music & photos from Itunes onto my IPod without a problem, has anyone else had this issue and have you found a fix for this. Should I wait until a newer version comes out and hope that it has fixed the issue, or do I have to go to an older version that I know works. Please help. Thanx

Sometimes I have to click a tab 4 or 5 times before it will respond (when my Ipod is syncing). Itunes 9 has been painfully slow for me when my Ipod is connected.
