The Upgrade to iTunes Plus

I just wanted to be sure I understand what I am seeing.

I go in every so often on the bottom of the page I upgrade all the songs I can upgrade, and then the list is empty.

The thing is iTunes tells me I can upgrade some 50 albums for about $160, but I upgraded all the songs it told me I can upgrade what is it telling me I can upgraded for $160?

The only thing I can think of I have partial albums, maybe the 50 albums they are offering to me for $160? Are they saying that I have 50 partial albums and the $160 would complete them?

At least in my case, ITMS was keeping seperate account of singles purchased vs. Albums purchased.

The songs at the bottom of the page were where I'd bought 1 or 2 songs from an artist. The albums listed at the top were those where I had bought the whole album. There was no "intersection" between the singles and the albums. And, each of the 5-6 albums that were listed were "whole album" purchase - there was no albums listed up top where I had only purchased a few songs from the album.

I'm looking occasionally, but not doing a full upgrade....
- a number of the singles, I've already purchased the CD and ripped my own version
- another number of the singles are stuff I really don't care about (tracks purchased by wife to make wedding CD for a friend, for example)
- and one full album of crappy rap that one of my son's bought (...and no, not all rap is crap, I've got some good stuff - like Danger Mouse - in my library)
