I would like to know a few things about the iTunes Store.
I want to make an account, so that i can fully use my iTouch and i have some 'illegaly shared music' (ex: my friend sent me a track) And I want to know, can apple and or iTunes see that some of my music is not obtained by lawful means. Also, same question, but with the Genius App. -Thanks |

Apple/iTunes Music store doesn't know or care about the source of your songs - except those purchased from them. They certainly would have no financial interest in acting as song police.
