The old apps in my Second Harddrive? or will it just update/replace the apps in my computer harddrive?
If not is there a way I can make it automatically replace the old version apps in my Second Harddrive? Thanks A lot, wondering about this for a pretty long time

It should only update the apps your computer is using. So if your computer uses the apps in the primary hard drive it will update those. If your computer is using the apps in the second hard drive it will update those.
Most likely just the primary drive, but if you installed apps for this computer on the secondary drive, it will update those.
