I bought Madonna's Hard Candy CD today. It is currently #1 on iTunes. When I imported the CD to iTunes, it copied everything over just fine. iTunes however cannot get the artwork to show. I have tried by right clicking and selecting Get Album Art. Nothing happens.
How is this even possible???? It is #1 on iTunes right now. Clearly art work is available.

I've had instances where artwork isn't downloaded, even though the album is tagged properly. Anyway, Hard Candy is available on AlbumArtExchange.com in 600 x 600.

This is very common with iTunes. I have had many albums that are on the iTunes Store and properly tagged yet iTunes still can't find the artwork. Metallica's self-titled black album is a prime example, iTunes just won't look up the artwork for me. A simple Google image search or looking Amazon will give you the album artwork though.
