Everytime I sync my ipod classic 80gb to itunes, itunes keeps crashing and giving me the "itunes has encountered a problem send or dont send" error. But the thing is, it's only crashing when I try to sync tv shows that I've converted using videora and WinAvi Ipod converter. Any solutions?

Sounds like the video conversion is the issue. Check that the videos play in iTunes before syncing them again.

Plays perfectly fine on itunes
[edit] I tried restoring the ipod but that just made it worst. Now the videos that were on the ipod before won't sync onto it anymore. It just crashes itunes like the other videos. Last edited by yellowchocolate; 05-01-2008 at 03:18 AM. |
