Hello,
Yesterday I was trying to watch a movie that I had in my iTunes library and was not able to. Everytime that I would push play on the movie it would go to a new screen of all green. You can hear the dialog of the movie, but there is no picture. I Have downloaded the latest version of iTunes and am running a new HP laptop with Vista home premium. What can I do? thanks |

Be sure to see the link in the post regarding your video problems, not just my signature.
The signature is to remind people to backup their iTunes because hard drives and iPods fail. iTunes can help you by using File->Backup To Disc. It captures your music, playlists, play counts, everything and puts it on CD or DVD.
