Any way to "Gift an Episode" without using a Credit Card?

I was wondering...is there any way to "Gift" things on iTunes without a Credit Card?

For instance, if I bought a iTunes card and put it on my account, isn't there any way I could use the $ I got from my iTunes card to use that to gift things instead of a Credit Card?

If anyone knows, I would be glad to know.

From Apple's Gift Allowances Terms and Conditions:

Gift Certificates, iTunes Cards, Song Codes and Allowances, and unused balances, are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund, exchanged, or used to purchase Gift Certificates or iTunes Cards or provide Allowances.

You cannot use a gift card/certificate to purchase other gift certificates or provide allowances. This does not state whether or not you could gift an item, however, and I haven't been able to find any conclusive information on that.

I suspect it would work, because you're actually purchasing an item from your own account, and just having iTunes send a download link to somebody else rather than downloading it yourself right away. The purchased item will show up in your own purchase history as a result as well.

The only thing I could suggest would be to try it and see.
