Ripping - Access Denied

Although I have no problem ripping discs, every time I insert a CD and iTunes starts automatically ripping it, I get a pop-up dialog box titled "Desktop" with text reading "Access to the specified device, path, or file is denied."
Doesn't seem to affect anything at all, other than I have to close a ton of little boxes every time I get done ripping a bunch of CD's.
Anybody know how to make these boxes stop popping up?

I've never seen or heard of that happening before it might be best to check with a computer forum or the MS site.

Thanks honeybee, I'll give the MS site a try.

I had that prob and it was traced to my Nero Burner (they don't get along). I never fixed it, just wasn't that important to me, so no solution sorry.
