hi all,
love the new 80gb ipod, hate itunes. i've put mp3s onto itunes and have filled in the "artist" info for songs that don't have it already there automatically. when i sync the ipod, the artist info that i filled in is lost. what the ^&%? how do i fix this??? please help, i wanna play with my new baby  ! TIA.

There is a bug in the the iPod software the makes songs without Album info not show up properly. Make sure that field is filled in too, even if it only says "Single" or "Unknown album" or similar.
