i am having a problem where when i try to play videos that i downloaded from itunes, it just shows a blue screen. you can hear the audio, but the video cannot be seen. i have no problems with videos i did not download from itunes. i backed up these videos and they worked on my friend's computer. any ideas on how i can fix this? thanks
