Ever since I installed iTunes, I get an "access to the specified drive or path" error everytime I insert a CD, whether I have iTunes open or not. I can access everything just fine, but I always get the alert when inserting a disc, almost as if something is trying to access the drive right away.
Win2K SP4 / 1 CD-ROM, 1 Burner Anyone else run into this?

Yes, I had the same exact problem. I finally resolved it by using the "Tweak UI" control panel's Paranoia tab and clearing the 'Play data CDs automatically' check box. I left the 'Play audio CDs automatically' checked. Hope this helps.
