When I autosync with iTunes, it creates a new playlist on the desktop containing the songs in the On-The-Go playlist and wipes that playlist on the iPod. Is it possible to sync these songs back to the actual On-The-Go playlist on the iPod?

i can't answer your problem, but figured you could answer mine. I have the original ipod (no docking station), and would love to do on the go playlists. are they only possible to do with the newer ipods?
