On iTunes, every time I try to use custom import settings of any kind, as soon as I click ok, it goes back to the default settings. It's really annoying me. Anyone know how to fix this???

The details box is showing 128k? When you click on custom you will see this box open:
http://img370.imageshack.us/img370/9116/picture19yk.png Then highlight the bit rate & click to set it and you will see it in the little window. Set the others then click 'ok' to close. In the detail box you should then see the bit rate you set. If you've done this correctly and it still doesn't set then download and reinstall itunes or go to the control panel>add/remove programs>iTunes>and click on change/remove. After the install wizard sets up and the window opens click on 'repair' then click 'ok'. This will repair iTunes and then try it.
