Help restarting Itunes

I have a problem and i know the answer is on here somewhere but im struggling to find it... My computer crashed so I had to rebuild a new one.. All my music was saved but when I redownloaded Itunes it tells me that I have 5 active accounts and will not let me sync? I may have 5 computers synced throughout the years but all I want to do is start over with Itunes fresh. I redownloaded the program and it instantly picks up my old account and wont let me authorize it? Im wanting to create an entirely new Itunes and cant figure out how to get past this? Please help me with this... my mother board is what crashed so I only changed it and my processor... What do I do to completely start over??????

Here's an Apple article on Apple ID authorizations; the "To deauthorize all computers associated with your Apple ID" item is your "fresh start."
