Have a mac at home and pc at work. Downloaded iTunes at work as I have some Mp3's on my work PC. I managed to get the Mp'3 into iTunes but there is no option to transfer up to my iPod.

Follow these Apple-provided directions where it says "Syncing automatically":
iTunes: Syncing media content to iPod After you sync your iPod to your iTunes library, all songs in your library will get transferred to your device. |
