I hope the next Ipod touch will have a 4.3 inch screen and hopefully OLED.
I would also hope they install a wolfson soundchip inside it as the current chip is horrible. |

I'm not trying to be rude but you don't know anything. Apple may keep the same form factor with the iPod touch and just throw in updated hardware. They could also keep it the same as it has been since 2010 and not update anything. Nobody truly knows what Apple is going to do except for select Apple employees and I doubt you are one as your actions would be conduct enough for termination of employment.

I think apple is aware that a 4 inch screen would be too small. I actually believe the new Ipod and the new Iphone will have a bigger screen, it's the only truly way apple can beat Samsung. I believe the screen will be 4.6 inches. I just hope that a wolfson chip is inside or some sony sound chip.

Right... We all know the varying setups in the different iDevices have all failed RMA tests and that anyone who isn't deaf can clearly hear the difference between a 4G iPod touch and something a little more prestigious (like a player from Cowon).

I remember many years ago i bought the Ipod classic and I liked it as a music device. Later on, I purchased the Zune HD, and the music sounded great. I didn't think too much about sound back then as I thought all devices and Cd players sounded the same. Fast forward, I bought the Ipod touch 4G and it was a great device. I used it for many hours watching Youtube clips. However, when i ran some songs on the ipod touch, it sounded boring compared to the Zune HD. RMA Tests or not, I could tell the difference. I think most people can in the same way the Samsung Galaxy S II sounded horrible, compared to the Samsung Galaxy S. Both devices had different sound chips.
