Title says it all. Has anyone else had problems with the 4th Gen iPod Touch shutting down when the batter gets to about 1/3? It doesn't always seems to happen but does seem to happen more when the using the device while running in the heat. Any ideas?

This has not happen to me personaly, but the onl thing you can do is charge it so that it full, beacuse you alreay know that it shuts when there is only 30%
