Lost iPod Touch

My grandson lost his iPOD touch at a park near the 15 freeway in San Diego California. Did anyone find it?

I am sorry that your grandson lost his iPod touch. However, the odds of finding someone here that was able to locate it in that area is slim to none. You would probably have a better chance of winning the lottery than finding someone here who has your iPod.

There is a feature called Find My iPhone which is used to locate lost iPhones, iPods, and iPads. Unfortunately the specific app needs to be installed on the iPod touch and it also needs to be connected to a wi-fi network in order for it to work. So, unless your grandson downloaded the app, it won't work. You can still always try by going to www.icloud.com, having your grandson login using his Apple ID username and password (the same username and password he uses to log into the iTunes Store), and going from there. Otherwise, the iPod is likely lost forever.
