My iPod ran out of battery and turned off when I plugged it back in all the app store downloaded apps were blank. I resprung and rebooted no luck. I downloaded a new app and it was normal. All the apps work fine. Its an iPod touch 4th gen jailbroken on 4.3.2 not using winterboard or anytheme. I assume i could just reinstall all apps but i would like this as a last ressort,

Re-sync it with iTunes (or whatever software you use). Of course, since you jail broke it, you may lose some benefits of an iTunes sync (such as having a backup of your iPod on your computer) but it is worth a shot. I take it that these are all genuine apps or are some of them from Cydia (or whatever source you used)?
