Defragging Touch memory.

I've let my 32Gb Touch get a bit fill at times in the past (Like 30Mb free )
If I clean it all off and do a restore from back up will that de-frag the memory and help the apps run at peak efficiency or is the hard disc analogy invalid?

Ta for any input.

The hard drive approach is invalid. Flash memory should never be defregmented.
