Hi there,

I need help with my Touch, I bought it second hand (in perfect working order) & it had music which could not be deleted, so, I reset the Touch itself. It took 2 hours, then when I tried to start it up again, it stops at the Apple logo & won't do anything. Even when I tried to charge it from the computer, i'm not sure if it was charging or not. Please help, i'm desperate!

Your iPod Touch is 'bricked' in recovery mode, my friend. Try jailbreaking it with blackra1n. (Click on the Windows or Mac logo at the bottom.) It helped kick my iPod out of recovery mode.

It won't recognise the iPod.
It keeps saying searching for device.

There are various methods for unbricking iPods stuck in recovery mode. If you know your iPod's firmware, try searching YouTube for ways on how to unbrick it.
