I already have some apps on my itunes and i want to transfer it to my ipod touch. will the apps, already on the touch, be deleted?

When you connect the iPod while iTunes is open, it should detect apps on the iPod Touch that are not in iTunes yet. You will get prompted to transfer them to iTunes. If you don't allow this, it will remove them from your iPod. Once it's transferred to iTunes, it will also sync the new apps to your iPod Touch.
