Hi everyone! newbie here, nice forum!
![]() I have a little issue I'd like help to solve, it's on a touch, 2G sys 2.2.1. It's currently synced with a pc. The first thing that happened was on iTunes, 2 artists disappeared. Gone from the library database, but still in the music directory. A few days after that, all my movies and video podcasts on the iPod were gone. iTunes said there was still 4.6 GB Other and didn't see the video files. ![]() Is there anything I can do to recover these files before restoring the iPod? Does this have anything to do with the missing music in iTunes? ![]() Thanks in Advance! ![]() BTW, all virus software up to date. |

that did nothing but clear my personal info. A better question now would be: how do I backup all the data on ot without getting the corrupted bid files?
Thanks |

Try Restoring it again, something may have gone wrong on the first attempt.
