I've noticed that several applications I downloaded directly on the Touch are not syncing back to iTunes. Thankfully iTunes isn't deleting those apps, but this is annoying. Granted I can just redownload the apps again if something were ever to go wrong with my Touch, but that too is annoying. I hoping this is a bug Apple knows about. The safe bet is just download everything from iTunes on your computer, but then that negates the app stores existence on the Touch. I'd just feel more at ease if all of my apps appeared in iTunes as they should after syncing.
I'm just wondering if it's just me, or is this happening to others as well? |

You have to right click on "ipod touch" (or whatever you have it listed as) and click "transfer purchases".

I tried that, but only a few of the apps transferred back to iTunes. I downloaded the Phonesaber on the Touch, but that one absolutely refuses to transfer to iTunes at all. I've also downloaded the Yallow Pages app, and that also refuses to sync over. But yeah I did as you said after my initial post and that only partially solves the problem.
