But you knew that before ordering it, right? It's not like they pulled a bait and switch.

The bubbles are mentioned in the instructions as well as throughout this thread. It takes time for them to go away.

Yup. Once again, read the directions. Read this thread.

Worth is always subjective. We can't answer that question for you.

I find it's worth the protection and lifetime warranty (I have used it for several of my IS protected devices). YMMV.

I just picked up another shield to replace my normal screen protectors because I missed the feel of the orange peel, made it much nicer to swipe.
I just don't care for full body anymore on curved devices due to the extreme dust collection around the corners.

The lifetime warranty is also nice to keep in mind, although I'm sure the shield will outlast the life of the device.

BEWARE OF ZAGG

I really hope I like this product because

I ordered a skin for my Blackberry 9630 and my iPod Touch 2G. I selected Next Day Air option and when it showed up late, I phoned for a refund on the shipping portion and they wouldn’t oblige. The gave me 10 different excuses, none of which made sense. The only reason I ordered Next Day Air, was that I was leaving town for 10 days, otherwise, I would have had it shipped ground. I received an email stating that my product had been shipped, and I waited patiently for it arrive. Nope, so when I called the following day, on my way out of town, I asked for a refund for the overnight shipping. They said that it sometimes takes awhile for things to get out of their warehouse. So why did I receive an email stating my product had been shipped with a tracking number and why did I pay for overnight shipping? I told them I would return the product and they said it would take 30-60 days for a refund. So now I am stuck with a $25.00 product that I paid $44 to have shipped overnight, but the best part, is I received an email and it said, “If we receive mail that has postage due that amount will be deducted from your refund.”

The customer service support team is by far the worst I have ever encountered. I wish I ordered from one BodyGuardz or BestSkinsEver

That's too bad that you had that experience. I have had nothing but good customer support from them. They have never given me any issues over replacements and even though they state that they will not replace for free due to installation problems, numerous people have said they have received free replacements when they installed it incorrectly.

Same, I've bought a shield for many of my devices, and when I returned my Kindle skin they handled it just fine.
People just don't know how to be professional anymore

So please people, don't buy an invisibleSHIELD.

Just get something to put it in while it is in your pocket (like an iPod sock), so it doesn't get scratched.

Oh wait that's not all of it!

I was fustrated so I look at the box and I see a website and it says (on the box) that there is a demonstration on the site of how to put the skin on.

So I go to the site, go to iPod, then iPod touch, and then demonstration.

And the demonstration video was a stupid advertisement!

It was just like "Invisible and Invincible!"

WTF?!

I'm calling right now and complaining.
I agree with you!! Don't like it!

I was able to get the Invisible shield on with no air bubbles.
I steamed up the bathroom and did it in there, all the moisture keeps the dust away and seems to make it easier to put on.
The few that I had at first I was able to move them out using a micro fiber rag.

I'm glad I had it on last week when I bumped up against some metal at work when I was working on the laser. I looked down and seen that the shield had torn, it did it's job as the screen is scratched free.
Got to remember not to have the Touch on my belt around the laser.

It does yes, I've got it on my 64gb Touch. Managed to get it on without any air bubbles but when the screen is on you can see some streaks there. Occasionally you can make them out when it's on, but not easily.

How do you put it on? is it adhesive? does it destroy your Ipod? or leave nasty residue behind?

I just installed mine.

I had one on my Nokia E71, but eventually took it off because I missed the feel of the phone with all the metal, and the corners were coming up. I never felt like returning it to get a new one.

I just got a front InvisibleShield for my touch, because I'll have it in a case most of the time. I got a speck of dust underneath it, and I was so careful! I wiped down my whole work area, etc. Oh well. It is just one tiny speck. And I'll feel better with it on. Hardly any bubbles either....it went much better than I thought it would.

It's some type of adhesive. When I pulled it off my phone (there are a LOT of pieces for my phone), there was no trace of residue. Came off very cleanly.

*added a couple hours later: I also noticed some fibers I forgot to blow off from the microfiber cloth provided...I noticed they were falling off the edges of the cloth, and neglected to really look at the screen or my fingers carefully enough....MY bad, not Zagg's. I turned on the screen for a sec....you can see the black fibers. Ugh. Bad enough that I took it off. $12.73 down the tubes. The free screen protector that I got with a case is going back on!

I'm sending mine back for refund. I got just the front one for my ipod touch and finally tried putting it on last night and wow is it a bear compared to any other screen protector! It actually went on easier than I thought and I didn't really end up with too many bubbles but after looking closer today I noticed a peice of hair or two and some dust particles stuck under it. I was so careful and cleaned my hands and did it by the book and this still happened. The hair almost looks like lint off of the sponge that it comes with, I thought it was supposed to be a spray? Anyway I ended up peeling it off today and it's impossible to clean out the hairs and dust so sending it back.

I have always put on screen protectors for all my gadgets and never have I had issues like I did with this one, it's way harder to put on than any others. They should make it stiff like most of the other protectors so that it goes on much easier, and I think where they really messed up is making you spray crap on it, it should be self adhesive like all others.

Just my 2 cents.

I love my invisible shields. I had one on my Classic 80GB unit for 2.5 years. Held up great and just recently started to show signes of peeling at the edges. I just sold it last week to buy a 3G touch, and when I pulled the shield off and cleaned up the residual sticky residue off the back, it looked just as good as the day I pulled it out of the box, no shenannigans. The lady who bought it from me agreed. Seriously, these things work really well. You just have to be very patient with the application process.

The full body kit I put on my 64GB touch took a couple hours to fully complete (mainly the touchup work on the corners), but it looks pristine. Not a single bubble or speck of dirt. Granted I put it on as soon as I pulled the touch from its case, and I also used the steamed bathroom trick as well.

Edit: wow, my sig is waaay out of date.
