why the hell would you want to? The multi touch exists so you don't have to deal with that kind of crap.

I don't think that is possible. iPhone cannot use stylus, can it? (According to the Applestore person that I talked to, he said only fingertips work.)
Considering that iPod touch has exactly the same screen as iPhone, I don't see any reason why iPod touch will enable people to use stylus.

The iPod Touch's mulititouch technology only responds to fingers. I think its some thing with the texture. This has already been discussed in a different thread, look at that one. Simple search for "iPod Touch Stylus"

in otherwords - yes i'm sure it will work, but please do not. enjoy the technology.

The answer is NO. The iPod Touch uses the same screen as the iPhone. It can only take input from a finger. The reason is electrical capacitance. Your finger works because it conducts electricity through the liquid content in your flesh. If you wear non conductive gloves, the touch screen won't work. A stylus won't work.

Read this. It explains the whole thing in great detail.

shieldzone.com. Yeah, it's not out yet for the touch, pretty sure it's coming out sometime this month. And it's easy to put on.
