Hi,
Can anyone tell me if this sounds like a terminal problem, if there is a remedy or if I doing something stupid:
1. Bought brand new Shuffle.
2. Installed software on Windows XP laptop.
3. Plugged in Shuffle (amber light flashes).
4. Set up Shuffle and register with iTunes (amber light steady).
5. Autofill Shuffle.
6. Wait whilst it charged (amber light remains steady).
7. Shuffle fully charged after 5 hours (green light steady).
8. Click 'Safely remove hardware' in system tray.
9. Unplug Shuffle, headphones in, switch on, press play.
10. No lights, no music, battery LED doesn't go green, amber or red when pressed.
11. Plug it back in and repeat steps 6 - 10 and still nothing.
Help please
Dave
