Charging without losing

I am trying to charge my shuffle without erasing my playlist. I don't keep music on computer do to space. Help your boy out!!

you need to upgrade your computer. if you can't spare 1GB (or 512MB) then you're computer is way too old. you can even burn yourself a cd with 800MB.

I aggree with zip22.

That being said. If you MUST delete the songs from your HD, simply make sure iTunes is not running and is not set to automatically run when you connect the shuffle. iTunes will not delete the contents if it isn't running, and the shuffle will charge.
