does any one know how to get that darn rotten apple product fixed my issue was the same as many

Try connecting your iPod to your iTunes, click on the iPod, then click Restore. The detailed steps: iPod only shows an Apple logo and doesn't start up
If that doesn't work, try Apple's steps: What to do if iPod can't be updated because the firmware file was corrupt or not found Then there is: 'Disk cannot be read from or written to' when syncing iPod or 'Firmware update failure' error when updating or restoring iPod Have you backed up your iTunes Library this week? If not, you are risking losing your music and playlists.... |
