Problems with XtremeMac Microwallet

I ordered one of these from The iStore. It was delivered in a few days. It seemed to be just what I expected. When I tried to put my nano in it, the plastic clips were too far apart to hold the iPod at all. There were no instructions or diagrams, so I figured it must be exactly as easy as it looked to use. Nonetheless, my nano wouldn't stay in it. The fun started when I followed the instructions to get a RA number online so I could return it. I submitted the request via their website on a Thursday. I received nothing until the following Tuesday. In the meantime, I called their customer service number because I thought it shouldn't take this long to reply by email. I was told to leave a message because "all representatives are serving other customers." I left my mobile number with a large number of big time windows (eg "after 3PM your time"). I thought if they could explain how to use the item, I wouldn't have to send it back. Either The iStore is very small and overloaded with calls or their customer service isn't the greatest. Unfortunately, to a customer, whatever the actual reason, it looks like the latter.

Last night, I got a call from a gentleman named Mike--who was the same person that sent the email. He very kindly explained to me that the microwallet was not for a 5th generation nano, which is what I have. I'll be the first one to state that it serves me right for not paying attention to the genealogy of iPods.

It seems, then, that customer service at the iStore is good and helpful. It is a bit slow, but I infer from the repeated contact with one person that they are a small concern, so that's understandable. My apologies to them if I seemed a bit harsh in my previous post.
