Im buying a nano 1st gen skin and found a nice looking one for 2nd gen nano. Should the second gen nano skin fit on the first gen?

My brother just gave me the ipod nano last week as a birthday present. It looks very cute and beautiful. I am thinking of covering it with a nice and dashing skin cover. Please suggest
