I'm having problems trying to connect my ipod to my computer.
When I connect my iPod, I get a message saying Device Not Recognised and iTunes does not open. The iPod does not appear as a drive within My Computer, however, when i connect my brother's ipod shuffle everything works fine. Any ideas why this is happening? is it a fault with my iPod or the computer? Any feedback would be appreciated, thanks. |
