Is it possible to flip video upside down with any programs?

hey there
I was well up for buying the new ipod nano video as I wanted to take it to the gym to watch some video on whilst using the cross trainer, as I thought I would be able to rest it on the ledge on the machine.
Unfortunatley Apple in all its wisdom has decided to put the headphone socket on the bottom of the ipod nano video, so this will not be possible to do (as it'll keep falling over!)
Does anyone know of a program (preferably free) to flip video content upside down, so I could simply turn the ipod nano video the other way around to get round this design flaw?

I asked in the apple shop if you could do it on the nano itself, but they said you couldn't.

Any help would be much appreciated

try that, not used it but searched on google. its a freeware program, and i guess it should rotate videos
