I am sure you shot me down in flames this time last year for saying how great the 4G Nano was, lol! But i can't help but feel underwhelmed. I'll wait till they bump the capacity before i bother shelling out for one. |

Got a 5th gen nano and I'll say-it's a great little pocket video camcorder/MP3 plyer hybrid.

I'm pretty with my upgrade from iPod mini (!!) to iPod nano video. I wouldn't do the upgrade if hadn't my battery kept on dying after 2 hours of play after fully charging it.
downside: The video lens is situated in an awkward place, i kept on covering it up accidentaly. :\ I would have upgraded to ipod classic 120GB, but i think it's just too heavy for trvael or jogging. but it's just me. ![]() my guess is that in the future, Apple would be coming out with integrated camera with flash and it would surely trump the ipod nano video (surprise). |

Haven't read all the topics. I bought this new nano a month or so ago. It's replacing a 5 year old 2nd gen 4gig nano.
I like it....and I like the FM radio for taking to the gym. The camera is cool but only in daylight. Need to figure out how (or if) I can get the video into itunes and on my computer and/or how many videos I can take before totally filling this thing up. |

If your getting it new just plug into itunes and give it 3-4 hours to fully charge. Then you shouldn't have to worry about it again.
