Question about Handstands with an iPod :)

Hi,

I like to exercise by doing handstands and have decided that an iPod Nano will enhance my exercises by motivating me to go for longer.

I'm wondering if any forum members could please advise me which armband I should buy so that my iPod won't fall out of its case when I am upside down?

Similarly, can anyone advise which high fidelity earphones will be best to use in this situation?

Thanks very much for the advice!

Ummm... interesting choice of exercises? Have you tried handstand pushups?

I don't have any experience with the armband style cases, but from the looks, I think all of them will keep your ipod quite secure.

Also, any of the canal phones from etymotic, shure, etc. should do a good job of staying in your ear since they rely on the seal between your ear and the flanges or foam insterts to sound good.

Your body may be upside down but aren't your arms pointing the direction they tend to most of the time - down.? So the normal armband should be absolutely spiffing.
