DEAD IPOD NANO!! Please help!

Bought my Nano last week. Downloaded ITunes onto my laptop and started to charge my nano from my laptop. After all my songs were put onto my nano I left it to charge further. Went to turn on my nano this morning and was greeted with a 'folder' symbol and an apple support website address - I can no longer turn on my nano and will not respond to the charger when plugged into computer.

If you bought it last week, it's most likley still under the store warranty and the Apple warranty, so you have a number of options. either return or exchange it at the store you bought it at, at the Apple Store (if you didn't buy it there, they will most likely replace it for you after you show them the receipt) or you can call up Apple Tech Support (you get one free phone call) where they will trouble shoot it and if it cannot be fixed, they will exchange it.
