HI guys,
just go a nano for my b'day and wondered if you could give me some info. First of, I love it, eventhough it took me 4 hours to overcome a do not disconnect screen (had to move to it to disk and format it using a the HP USB disk format tool - info found on the apple website) ... anyway here are my questions: - want to buy the an iPod for my other half and she will need a sport band - which one do you recommend (I read the reviews on the iLounge website) but wanted you personal views. - is it possible to shuffle playlists rather than the songs or albums? - i left the plastic film that comes with the nano to protect it. I also got a rubber / latex case from proporta - any other tips on maintenance / protection? - I read somewhere that it's best to remove the iPod from the case when you charge the battery - to avoid it getting too warm (for the battery) - is that right? - when my GF will have her own iPod, we will be using the same PC (yeah sorry Windows guy here ) but we've got different musical taste - can we run two iPods on the same iTunes? - how about the 'software updater' that comes with the iPod? it asked for my nano serial and presumably my GF serial will be different - could that be a problem? - what's the point of putting linux on your iPod - if possible with the nano? Thanks for your replies. leo77 Last edited by leo77; 06-20-2006 at 04:41 AM. |
