I tried updating my Nano the other day and for some reason it wouldn't update, and I can't get to to update a all now, and just get the message:
Attemptin to copy to the disk "My Nano" failed. An unknown error occurred (-1303) Any ideas? I've installed the latest software and iTunes, and even tried restoring the Nano, but it just won't update. I don't understand it. My G3 iPod is fine and updates ok.

That's a Windows access error code. Read this:
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=228658 and try relogging onto your computer. |
