Angry Computer boots up slow when ipod connected !

When my ipod is connected via usb and i turn my computer on, the computer gets to the bios screen and hangs there until i disconnect the usb wire, then the computer will boot up, but when windows loads the mouse will not move untill I shut down and restart with no ipod connected.

Anyone else experience slow boot up or no booting at all when the ipod is connected?
