nano probs- alarm and pics?

ok, a couple of problems with my nano (which i love by the way)-

when i set the alarm on my nano, it always goes off an hour later than what i set it for. i checked the time, time zone, etc, it's all correct. i'll set it for 6:30 am, and it won't go off. but then i'll be listening to it at work and at 7:30 all of the sudden the alarm mode will go off and switch playlists. i know i could just set the alarm for an hour earlier, but that's not the point. i paid 200$ it should work right, shouldn't it?

the other question/problem, was that even though i have 49mb free, it won't load my 8mb of pictures. it comes up with an error saying that there was not enough room to load them all. what's up with that?

if anyone else is having these problems, or knows any fixes, please respond it would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like it has somethng to do with daylight savings time. Make sure you have the timezone set properly (DST vs. non-DST).

I have the same thing happen when updating photos. I'm not going to call it a problem, but, it is annoying. You would think with a good chunk of memory available that it would have no problem loading a few extra .jpeg's. However, when I go to load a couple more .mp3's into that same available space it has no problem.

try freeing up more space on the nano. I had to free up around 70MB in order to load a few photos. dont know why it works, it just does
