i sliced up an old credit card into strips creating 'sharp' ends. i then slowly wedged each all into one side of the ipod and used a few to 'lever' it open. the videos at the bottom of http://eshop.macsales.com/Catalog_It...em=NWTIPOD8503 are a good place to start!
