Do I want AppleCare?

It seems like a pretty good deal at only $47 but is it worth it? Can I send my iPod in if it ever acts up? I plan to workout with it so maybe it'd be a good idea to have some protection.

What do you think?

If you plan to hold your ipod for more than a year from the time you bought it, it's probably worth it.

I have it, and i'm glad i do. You can take the risk but i'd rather not because my iPod deserves more then 1 Year protection, if it breaks after one year you can kiss your hundreds of dollars goodbye, even if it doesn't break the protection plan is pretty cheap for what it could save you, and im pretty sure most peoples iPods will reach 50% or less battery capacity in 2 years so you can get a free battery replacement using AppleCare, and you won't have to worry about if it would break after the years up.
