My Ipod suuuuuuuucks

hi, my ipod does not turn on, and when i charge it up its fine, it turns on, but the spinner doesnt respond and when i press the back, forward or play button the ipod cuts out and dies. when i try to reset the ipod it doesnt work as the buttons dont respond. im using a 4g ipod on windows me, i use a program called ephpod as musicmatch jukebox does not work with my computer. please help what do i do?!?!!

Well, if it is within the 1 year warranty then you need to send it to Apple as it sounds like your main board is having problems. If not you may be S O L.

SOL? that wudnt happen to be ####-out-of-luck? would it lol. i was talkin to my mate and hes says try running the battery down then cahrging again? would that work? il have a go like....if that doesnt work il send it away, its still under guarantee and will be until september-ish

Have your tried restoring your pod's firmware to factory settings? Since Apple states upfront that ME is not supported I doubt they'll be much help.
