4g center button 'looseness'

i sent my ipod in to colorwarepc to have it painted. i just received it back today after about 25 days. anyway, the ipod was in perfect condition before i sent it in. no scratches or anything. now, the center select button is loose. it was not like that before. does anyone else have this problem? i'm not sure if colorware took it apart and broke something or what. either way, i prefered how 'tight' it felt before, not how it feels now. is this a problem some people have after a long period of time with their ipod?
colorware has yet to return my emails.

i don't think this is a problem that occurs at all, it was always loose to begin with but not to the point where its annoying. yeah your best bet would be to call em up or email, keep tryin till they answer

i got a 'caution' yellow one about 3 months ago, i would agree the center button is a little looser, but it doesnt bother me, the paint job is wonderful though

move a key on your computer's keyboard. that's how the center button feels now. it didn't move like that at all before. that's why it upsets me. colorware claimed it made it through their inspection process (whatever the heck that is). i wish they put up real life pictures of their products becase the shots on their site do not do the products justice (in a bad way in my case). i was hoping for 'carbon' as in black or a dark dark gray. instead, i get black with green and purple glitter. while it looks good in low light, it looks a bit too feminine when bright light hits and and shows off the colored pearl.
