Angry New ipod to install onto itunes?

i have recently received a new ipod as my old one stopped working. how do i register the new one onto itunes, and delete the old one??

please help me

Welcome. Just install the software and connect the new iPod & format it. It will work with iTunes once that is done. You don't need to delete the old one.

If you don't have the disk then download the updater and use that to format the iPod (http://www.apple.com/ipod/download).
