Please help! desprately need advice!

Hey. I just got a 4G 20GB like 2 weeks ago. I noticed the battery only lasted a couple of hours before going completely dead.(meter is accurate...goes dead when its empty) So what im getting at is since i bought it at Target, can i bring it to an apple store with the reciept and get a new one? Ive been wanting a 2G mini since i got my 20GB ipod because i realized i didnt need much music so would it be possible to return my ipod and exchange it for a 2G mini and have them pay the difference?

I am not positive but I doubt you can return it at apple they may be able to send it out for you and fix it but you probably can not exchange it for a mini. Call them see what they say. What is Target's return policy.

well i was reading the policies that come in the package and it says they can give you a refund but im not sure if i can just ask for a refund rather than a new ipod
