Hi!
I sent my brand new iPod photo 30gb for repair. Even though I received the box, sent it back to Apple and am able to track the shipment with Purolator, informations on the Apple support website does not update. All I can see there is: 03/24/2005 Order created 03/24/2005 Repair Requested When I track the package with Purolator, it tells me that the package reached Apple early this morning. How long should it take before they send it back (or send replacement) now that they have the defect? |
