First off what do you want, to remove the Cap or to Cap it?!?! Your OP didn't quite state that in any comprehensible terms to anyone besides yourself who reads it.
First off you need an iPod that is from the EU (i.e. non LL US/Can), iPod for the hack to work you can not uncap a caped iPod! trying to do so may cuse the iPodOS to corrupt, to a point where you'll either have to 'Update' the iPodOS or 'Restore' (i.e. Reformat it). That said Stop by www.google.com and type 'GoPod' and hit the 'I'm Felling Lucky' Button... Get the version to match you taste!
